Construcción de un Eco-hotel con Integración del Urbanismo Existente a través de un Diseño Arquitectónico, Innovador y Ambientalmente Sostenible en la Reserva Natural La Planada en el Municipio de Ricaurte, Nariño

Abstract

La reserva natural La Planada ubicada en el municipio de Ricaurte, departamento de Nariño, es un atractivo turístico con gran variedad de flora y fauna. En este lugar se desarrolló la construcción de un eco-hotel de 15 cabañas y la adecuación del urbanismo existente. El proyecto se ejecutó en un plazo no mayor a 6 meses, con un diseño innovador y ambientalmente sostenible, permitiendo integrar los espacios de la reserva con la naturaleza a través de senderos ecológicos. El beneficio final del proyecto se vio materializado en el incremento del turismo y en la reactivación económica de la región.

The nature reserve La Planada located in the municipality of Ricaurte, department of Nariño; It is a tourist attraction with a great variety of flora and fauna. In this place, the construction of an eco-hotel with 15 cabins and the adaptation of the existing urban planning was launched. The project was executed in a period of no more than 6 months, with an innovative and environmentally sustainable design, managing to integrate the spaces of the reserve with nature through ecological trails. The final benefit of the project was materialized in the increase in tourism and in the economic reactivation of the region.
