Evolución de la formación bomberil que se ha desarrollado en Colombia desde el Año 2007 hasta el 2022

Abstract

Los Bomberos en Colombia se especializan en atender de manera especializada los incidentes relacionados con incendios, rescates y los incidentes con materiales peligrosos, con el propósito fundamental de proteger la vida, los recursos naturales y los bienes de los habitantes del territorio colombiano. Así las cosas, y de acuerdo con lo establecido por el artículo 17 de la ley 1575 de 2012, Ley General de Bomberos de Colombia, las instituciones organizadas para la prevención, atención y control de incendios, los preparativos y atención de rescates en todas sus modalidades inherentes a su actividad y la atención de incidentes con materiales peligrosos, se denominan cuerpos de bomberos. Para las funciones referidas anteriormente, se requieren unidades activas operativas de bomberos capacitadas y entrenadas llegando a un nivel profesional según lo establecido en el artículo 46 de la ley 1575 de 2012 por ello se hace necesario encaminar las actividades de formación y reentrenamiento de bomberos con métodos pedagógicos que faciliten a los instructores entregar el conocimiento y a las unidades activas operativas el aprovechamiento de este conocimiento, por ello se estudiara la evolución de la formación de las unidades activas operativas del Benemérito Cuerpo de bomberos Voluntarios de Villavicencio desde el año 2007 al 2022 con relación a la normatividad vigente durante este lapso de tiempo.

Firefighters in Colombia are needed to attend incidents related to fires, rescues and incidents with hazardous materials in a specialized manner, with the fundamental purpose of protecting the life, natural resources and property of the inhabitants of Colombian territory. Thus, and in accordance with the provisions of article 17 of Law 1575 of 2012, the General Law of Firefighters of Colombia, the institutions organized for the prevention, attention and control of fires, the preparations and attention of rescues in all their modalities inherent to their activity and the care of incidents with dangerous materials, are called fire departments. For all these functions, active and trained firefighters operational units are required, reaching a professional level as established in article 46 of Law 1575 of 2012, for this reason it is necessary to direct the training and retraining activities of firefighters with pedagogical methods that make it easier for the instructors to deliver the knowledge and for the active operative units to take advantage of this knowledge, for this reason the evolution of the formation of the active operative units of the Benemérito Voluntary Fire Department of Villavicencio will be studied from the year 2007 to 2022 in relation to the regulations in force during this period of time.
