Diseño y Construcción de un Polideportivo en el Municipio de Zipaquirá, Departamento de Cundinamarca

Abstract

Nuestro proyecto de trabajo de grado, PLAN DE DIRECCIÓN PARA EL PROYECTO DISEÑO Y CONSTRUCCIÓN DEL POLIDEPORTIVO HGC PARA MUNICIPIO DE ZIPAQUIRÁ EN EL DEPARTAMENTO DE CUNDINAMARCA 2024 fue enfocado de acuerdo a la necesidad presentada por el municipio de Zipaquirá ante la Gobernación de Cundinamarca la cual fue revisada y aprobada, asignando una inversión por un valor de $ 27.917.608.976,00 a través de un CDP o un Certificado de Disponibilidad de los Recueros para el desarrollo de dicho proyecto. La fuente de información corresponde a la administración municipal de Zipaquirá y la Gobernación de Cundinamarca, y para el desarrollo se consideraron los lineamientos propuestos por la Universidad Piloto de Colombia en la especialización Gerencia de Proyectos.

Our degree work project, MANAGEMENT PLAN FOR THE DESIGN AND CONSTRUCTION PROJECT OF THE HGC SPORTS CENTER FOR THE MUNICIPALITY OF ZIPAQUIRÁ IN THE DEPARTMENT OF CUNDINAMARCA 2024, was focused according to the need presented by the municipality of Zipaquirá before the Government of Cundinamarca, which was reviewed and approved, assigning an investment for a value of $27,917,608,976.00 through a CDP or a Certificate of Availability of Resources for the development of said project. The source of information corresponds to the municipal administration of the Zipaquirá and the Government of Cundinamarca, and for the development the guidelines proposed by the Pilot University of Colombia in the Project Management specialization are considered.
