Diseño y Montaje de Sucursal del Banco Popular en el Municipio de Puerto Gaitán Meta

Abstract

El presente trabajo describe el montaje de una sucursal de Banco Popular en el municipio de Puerto Gaitán, Meta. Mediante el compendio de 19 capítulos se relata desde los Antecedentes Organizacionales hasta el Informe de Avance del Proyecto bajo la metodología del PMBOK. Se realizaron los diferentes estudios como el técnico, de mercado, económico y su respectivo análisis a través de una metodología mixta, es decir tanto cualitativa como cuantitativa. Con el estudio legal, se logró determinar los trámites necesarios para la apertura de la sucursal ante LA SIC y SFC. Dado lo anterior, se explica el montaje de Banco Popular en el municipio Puerto Gaitán.

This paper describes the assembly of a Banco Popular branch in the municipality of Puerto Gaitán, Meta. Through the compendium of 19 chapters, it is related from the Organizational Background to the Project Progress Report under the PMBOK methodology. Different studies such as technical, market, economic and their respective analysis were carried out through a mixed methodology, that is, both qualitative and quantitative. With the legal study, it was possible to determine the necessary procedures for the opening of the branch into the SIC and SFC. From the above, the assembly of Banco Popular in the municipality of Puerto Gaitán is explained.
