Procedimiento Interno de la Empresa Alos Constructores para Facturación Oportuna ante las Entidades Públicas

Abstract

ALOS Constructores, es una empresa de ingeniería civil conformada por diferentes áreas interdisciplinarias, pero conforme se suman nuevos retos, se ve inmersa en dificultades administrativas que no le permite tener un buen flujo de caja. Por tal motivo, la junta directiva, solicita a los directores de las diferentes áreas, que trabajen mancomunadamente para realizar un proyecto y generan un procedimiento interno el cual les permita determinar y mejorar el flujo de caja haciéndolo un proceso más ágil ante las entidades contratantes.

For this reason, the board of directors’ requests that the directors of the areas work together to prepare a report to determine the weak link that does not allow the projects to quickly invoice the contracting entities. After the area directors pass the report to the board of directors, they agree that there are several factors that influence the late invoicing, since the monthly advance minutes leave the field, their management by the company, audit approval and even its collection; process that can take up to 3 months; much more than expected by the financial team.
