Impacto Ambiental a Través de la Arquitectura Sostenible

Abstract

Tomando como base las problemáticas ambientales que se identificaron en la población de Anapoima, se consideró importante aportar a su mejoramiento tanto ambiental como económico, a través de la construcción de un espacio ecoturístico que tiene como fin convertirse en un pulmón para la región.

En esta tesis se podrá identificar el desarrollo de un proyecto con diversos conceptos que reúnan la innovación, el lujo y confort, generando un equilibrio entre la arquitectura y el paisaje de una región la cual se ve afectada por la contaminación y el gran deterioro de su estructura ecológica, y desinterés de la población. Es por ello que se tomará como base los datos existentes que aporten para identificar claramente la problemática del municipio a intervenir.

Es importante que durante el desarrollo del proyecto se logre rescatar la historia del municipio, a través del concepto de implantación del HOTEL ZHONA SPA en donde se da tributo a los asentamientos indígenas. Todo esto con el fin de poder identifican los espacios sensoriales para la experiencia de los visitantes, teniendo en cuenta la integración de los diversos espacios naturales con un objetivo final, logrando un espacio sostenible que aporte a la economía del municipio y genere una respuesta positiva de habitantes y turistas para el mejoramiento del entorno.

All this in order to be able to identify the sensory spaces for the experience of the visitors, taking into account the integration of the various natural spaces with a final objective achieving a sustainable space that contributes to the economy of the municipality and generates a positive response from inhabitants. and tourists to improve the environment.
