Diseño, Desarrollo e Implementación Metodológica para el Ejercicio de la Interventoría en la Empresa Iteco Consultores S.A.S.

Abstract

El proyecto consiste en diseñar, desarrollar e implementar una metodología para el ejercicio de la interventoría en la empresa ITECO Consultores S.A,S, basada en las buenas prácticas del PMBOK, lo que consiste en los lineamientos para la elaboración de los procedimientos técnicos, administrativos, financieros, jurídicos y ambientales para el desarrollo de la interventoría, como también la especificaciones de las obligaciones, funciones y prohibiciones del supervisor de interventoría, se implementaran los formatos adecuados para la ejecución de los informes semanales, mensuales y de liquidación de los proyectos, estos formatos abarcaran todas las actividades realizadas por la interventoría en la parte técnica, administrativa, financiera, jurídica y ambiental. Adicionalmente se implementará esta metodología con todo el personal de la empresa, por medio de divulgaciones, capacitaciones y se estará haciendo un seguimiento y control de la metodología aplicada.

Additionally, this methodology will be implemented with all company personnel, through disclosures, training, and the applied methodology will be monitored and controlled. Finally, an adjustment will be made to the staff hiring process, aligning the profiles of the professionals to be hired in process management, a proposal will be made for psychotechnical examinations for staff entry, to analyze their capabilities at the time of entry. to work and periodically performance evaluations of the personnel already hired will be carried out.
