Herramienta para la Gestión Oportuna de PQRS

Abstract

La administración de propiedad horizontal es un campo de trabajo que plantea retos, los cuales pueden ser zanjados al aplicar los conceptos de gerencia de proyectos y al realizar un uso apropiado de los recursos tecnológicos disponibles , por tal motivo la organización ejecutora de este proyecto desarrollo una herramienta tecnológica para el registro y gestión de PQRS en las copropiedades, para lo cual se tuvo en cuenta las fallas y las falencias que se presentaban en la gestión de dichas PQRS; se puso en práctica los conocimientos adquiridos en la especialización, alcanzando los objetivos, cumpliendo los tiempos planeados y ejecutando los costos, lo que permitió aumentar la satisfacción y mejorar la percepción de eficiencia en aquellas personas que se registraron en la aplicación.

The administration of horizontal property is a field of work that poses challenges, which can be settled by applying the concepts of project management and by making appropriate use of the available technological resources, for this reason the executing organization of this project developed a technological tool for the registration and management of PQRS in the co-properties, for which the failures and shortcomings that occurred in the management of those PQRS were taken into account; the knowledge acquired in the specialization was put into practice, reaching the goals, meeting the times and executing the costs, this allowed to increase the satisfaction and the perception of efficiency in those people who registered in the application.
