Registro Calificado para Pregrado de Administración de Empresas Modalidad Virtual Universidad Piloto de Colombia

Abstract

Obtener el registro calificado para el Programa de Administración de empresas en modalidad virtual para la Universidad Piloto de Colombia, a partir de la adaptación del mismo programa en modalidad presencial, partiendo del cumplimiento de los requisitos para ofrecer y desarrollar un programa de educación superior que están contenidos en la Ley 1188 de 2008, su decreto reglamentario 1330 de 2019, y la Resolución 021795 del 19 de noviembre de 2020, conforme a estas normas, las condiciones de calidad que deben demostrarse para obtener registro calificado, corresponden a condiciones institucionales y a condiciones específicas del programa. De cumplirse las condiciones indicadas, el trámite finaliza en el Ministerio de Educación Nacional, con la emisión de un acto administrativo con el cual se otorga el registro calificado, que permite registrar en el Sistema Nacional de Información de la Educación Superior (SNIES), las características que identifican desde lo académico y lo legal el programa académico correspondiente y a su vez faculta a la respectiva institución de educación superior, comenzar con la publicidad y el desarrollo del respectivo programa. A partir del método de factibilidad para el proyecto, se definieron objetivos alineados a la institución, así mismo, los recursos que se definieron para este proyecto (tanto económicos como de talento humano), permitirán el desarrollo del mismo con el total acompañamiento de la universidad Piloto de Colombia. Dentro de las conclusiones que se pueden enunciar esta la posibiidad de generar estrategias para ofertar programas en diversas modalidades y lugares de desarrollo, apoyados en metodologías diversas, generando un menor impacto ambiental que disminuye el consumo excesivo de recursos naturales, ya que, en comparación a otras modalidades de estudio, la opción de la virtualidad permite mitigar el impacto negativo en el entorno.

Obtain the qualified registration for the Business Administration Program in virtual mode for the Pilot University of Colombia, from the adaptation of the same program in presencial mode, starting from the fulfillment of the requirements to offer and develop a higher education program that is contained in Law 1188 of 2008 and its regulatory decree 1330 of 2019, likewise, Resolution 021795 of November 19, 2020, according to these regulations, the quality conditions that must be demonstrated to obtain qualified registration correspond to institutional conditions and specific conditions of the program. If the indicated conditions are met, the process ends in the Ministry National Education, with the issuance of an administrative act with which the qualified registration is granted, which also allows the registration in the National System of Information of Higher Education (SNIES), the characteristics that identify from the academic and legal aspects, the corresponding academic program and in turn empowers the respective institution of higher education, to start with the publicity and development of the respective program. From the feasibility method for the project, objectives aligned with the institution were defined, likewise, the resources that were defined for this project (both economic and human talent), will allow its development with the full support of the Pilot University of Colombia. Among the conclusions that can be stated is the possibility of generating strategies to offer programs in various modalities and places of development, supported by diverse methodologies, generating a lower environmental impact that reduces the excessive consumption of natural resources, since, compared to other study modalities, the option of virtuality allows mitigating the negative impact on the environment.
