Aprovechamiento del Ecoturismo en Colombia Dentro del Acuerdo de Integración de la Alianza del Pacifico

Abstract

El turismo durante los últimos años ha generado un cambio en los países debido a que se ha diversificado experiencias que las personas esperan encontrar al visitar nuestros sitios turísticos, gracias a la riqueza natural que se encuentra en las naciones integrantes de la Alianza del Pacífico, debido a su biodiversidad, gastronomía, cultura, entre otras. Esto ha dado paso a que los países comiencen a innovar con diferentes actividades que permitan mayor atracción de los turistas extranjeros. A nivel mundial se ha reconocido, por diferentes entidades internacionales, que el turismo viene en crecimiento y especifica ciertas pautas para esta actividad, indicando que el turismo comprende actividades de ocio, negocios y otros motivos que los individuos realizan fuera de su sitio habitual y sin participar en la economía interna del país, durante determinado tiempo. La historia muestra que el turismo no se ha practicado responsablemente y ha afectado regiones negativamente, por lo cual se ha dado paso a un turismo más ecológico y más conservacionista del medio ambiente a nivel mundial, en especial en los países que ofrecen turismo especializado internacional, más conocido como Ecoturismo. México, Perú, Chile y Colombia países que integran la Alianza del Pacifico hacen parte de ese tipo de países, para lo cual comenzaron a pactar acuerdos económicos de integración abierta, permitiendo que muchos aranceles disminuyeran para de común acuerdo llegar a ciclos económicos estables y así convertirsen en potencia económica regional en América Latina y el mundo. Estos países dieron paso al turismo ecológico gracias a sus riquezas naturales, a su variedad cultural que tanto llama la atención a los foráneos. Colombia en especial por sus grandes riquezas naturales, ríos, mares, animales, flora y fauna tiene ventajas comparativas para practicar dicho turismo. Nuestro país no escapo a la mala práctica del turismo nacional e internacional, por lo cual entidades nacionales decidieron acogerse a las regulaciones

Tourism over the last few years has generated a change in countries because it has diversified experiences that people hope to find when visiting our tourist sites, thanks to the natural wealth found in the member nations of the Pacific Alliance, due to its biodiversity, gastronomy, culture, among others. This has given way to countries to start innovating with different activities that allow greater attraction of foreign tourists. At a global level it has been recognized, by different international entities, that tourism is growing and specifies certain guidelines for this activity, indicating that tourism includes leisure activities, business and other motives that individuals perform outside their usual place and without participating in the domestic economy of the country, for a certain time. History shows that tourism has not been responsibly practised and has adversely affected regions, leading to a shift towards greener and more environmentally friendly tourism globally, especially in countries that offer specialized international tourism, better known as Ecotourism. Mexico, Peru, Chile and Colombia, countries that make up the Pacific Alliance, are part of these types of countries, for which they began to conclude open economic integration agreements, allowing many tariffs to decrease in order to reach stable economic cycles and thus become a regional economic power in Latin America and the world. These countries gave way to ecological tourism thanks to their natural riches, to their cultural variety that draws so much attention to outsiders. Colombia, especially for its great natural wealth, rivers, seas, animals, flora and fauna, has comparative advantages to practice such tourism. Our country did not escape the bad practice of national and international tourism, Therefore, national entities decided to benefit from the international regulations of ecotourism to maximize the natural conservation allowing to give growth to the domestic economy taking care of our natural resources. 11 Thanks to these economic and policy changes, we can study how influential tourism and ecotourism has been for the economy and the conservation of our resources. According to my research, I will mainly take Colombia as the fundamental axis of the research considering how different norms have been implemented that allow sustainable tourism activities. And of course economic, social, environmental and political stability aspects will be considered important for the development of the sector.
