Implementación de estrategias de diseño sostenible, dentro de un entorno de turismo en un eco hotel

Abstract

Este trabajo de grado contempla el uso de un eco hotel, que se guía a través de unos lineamientos para la elaboración adecuada de estructuras eco a nivel sostenible en Colombia. La definición correcta de este es un factor importante, ya que se ve una creciente demanda por la popularidad de estos juntos a nuevos proyectos en donde la sostenibilidad está abarcando con el nuevo mercado de productor turístico, todo es porque esta nueva modalidad de hotel se convirtieron en una excelente herramienta para el comercio y el turismo a nivel Colombia, pero al igual, que es fundamental tener presente que el crecimiento en el municipio de Villanueva Casanare respecto al turismo es poco explorado y es necesario tomar las medidas correctas para su implementación enfocadas en sistemas de sostenibilidad que respeten un balance ambiental y se conviertan en un eje de crecimiento en el mercado de la sostenibilidad. Y esto es muy considerable porque con la escasez de normativa respecto a estructuras eco en Colombia, se convierte en un hecho valioso en tener estándares mínimos para que estás, aun así no estén certificadas, logren ser parte de un movimiento ambiental en el País. Lo que dirige el proyecto a un punto donde la sostenibilidad hace parte del modo de vida que es indispensable, ya que el entender que no basta con estar en un espacio verde para definir que algo en realidad es sostenible, una estructura eco debe ir más allá de un nombre o de una clasificación sin fundamento, a pesar de su gran popularidad, este sigue creando un impacto tanto ambiental como social y político y es indispensable llevarlo de la forma correcta.

This degree work contemplates the use of an eco hotel that is guided through guidelines for the adequate elaboration of eco structures at a sustainable level in Colombia. The correct definition of this is an important factor, since there is a growing demand due to the popularity of these together with new projects where sustainability is encompassing the new tourism producer market, everything is because this new type of hotel became in an excellent tool for trade and tourism in Colombia, but likewise, it is essential to keep in mind that the growth in the municipality of Villanueva Casanare regarding tourism is little explored and it is necessary to take the correct measures for its implementation focused on sustainability systems that respect an environmental balance and become a growth axis in the sustainability market. And this is very considerable because with the lack of regulations regarding eco structures in Colombia, it becomes a valuable fact to have minimum standards so that you, even if they are not certified, manage to be part of an environmental movement in the country. What directs the project to a point where sustainability is part of the way of life that is essential, since understanding that it is not enough to be in a green space to define that something is actually sustainable, an eco structure must go further of an unfounded name or classification, despite its great popularity, it continues to create an environmental as well as a social and political impact and it is essential to carry it in the right way
