Unidad Bibliotecaria en la Población de Ciudad Bolívar

Abstract

El diseño de la biblioteca pretende innovar en el contexto de una población vulnerable que carece de centros educativos institucionales, buscando fomentar la formación y el aprendizaje en personas con bajos recursos económicos en la localidad de Ciudad Bolívar en el barrio Mochuelo. Con el fin de avalar y satisfacer las necesidades antes mencionadas, donde se construya un espacio óptimo en el área urbana observándolo desde un punto de vista espacial en el que se aproveche las visuales del sector y se genere una amplia identidad en la zona. Cabe destacar que las dificultades de construir en un espacio montañoso son grandes, sin embargo, las problemáticas que abarcan estos barrios y su vulnerabilidad presentan un foco mayor de importancia. El principal objetivo es analizar y estudiar las principales falencias del sector, en donde se innove por medio de la arquitectura y el urbanismo en la zona a intervenir. La metodología que se va a implementar es la recolección de datos, en donde se estudie a fondo cada una de las características de sector, además utilizaremos la interpretación contextual para realizar un autoanálisis en donde se asuma desde un punto personal todas las circunstancias antes mencionadas. El aporte que genera una biblioteca para el área a intervenir es el desarrollo personal de la comunidad, en donde se busca generar la mayor cantidad de posibilidades para los usuarios de la zona en al ámbito del autoconocimiento y del apoyo a la educación.

The main objective is to analyze and study the main shortcomings of the sector, where innovate through architecture and urban planning in the area to be intervened. The methodology that is going to be implemented is the collection of data, where it is studied background each of the sector characteristics, we will also use the interpretation context to carry out a self-analysis in which it is assumed from a personal point of view all the aforementioned circumstances. The contribution generated by a library for the area to be intervened is the personal development of the community, where it seeks to generate the greatest number of possibilities for users of the area in the field of self-knowledge and support for education. Finally, we can conclude that this facility aims to build and/or innovate a pleasant space for the community and in the same way opt for the progress of the area and of the surrounding neighborhoods, expanding the scope that the area can have.
