Bicicleta Aérea, la Nueva Perspectiva de la Actual Realidad: Ciclovía Aérea

Después de la investigación y con los resultados obtenidos a través de una encuesta, se detectó y confirmó el mal estado y deterioro en que se encuentran las ciclovías en la ciudad de Bogotá. Igualmente, se detectó, que el volumen de automóviles, la contaminación ambiental, la falta de infraestructura, la inseguridad, etc., hacen muy difícil la movilidad en este transporte alternativo al aire libre. Ante este panorama y pensando en la necesidad de los bogotanos de transitar por la ciudad, de manera segura, amena, sana, eficiente y económica, se propone en este proyecto, la solución denominada “BICICLETA AÉREA, LA NUEVA PERSPECTIVA DE LA ACTUAL REALIDAD”. Es así, que mediante la creación de tramos aéreos para bici usuarios, se crea un proyecto con una sección arquitectónica y urbana, con diversas características, que, de acuerdo con lo investigado, se ha aplicado también en otros países. Dichos ejemplos se tomarán como referentes en este trabajo de tesis. El presente escrito, cumplirá los objetivos propuestos en el mismo, mediante los argumentos expuestos en el planteamiento del problema, el alcance del mismo y su justificación. Igualmente, se establece la necesidad urgente hacia este transporte sostenible, y la obligación nacional para tomar medidas a fin de superar el problema de movilidad, mediante iniciativas como la propuesta la “BICICLETA AÉREA, LA NUEVA PERSPECTIVA DE LA ACTUAL REALIDAD”.

With the investigation, and the results given from an interview, it was detected and confirmed the failing state and deterioration in the actual bike trails in Bogotá city. Equally, it was detected, that the volume of automobiles, global warming, a lack of infrastructure and public safety, etc., makes it difficult to use this alternative transportation. First of all, the necessity of the citizens, to transit throughout Bogotá, in a safely, pleasant, healthy, efficient and economical way, was proposed in this project, with the solution labeled “BICICLETA AÉREA, LA NUEVA PERSPECTIVA DE LA ACTUAL REALIDAD”. It is so, that through the creation of this aerial trail, it was produced a proposal, with an architectural and urbanistic section. There were many characteristics, investigations and referents, that were used as examples in this thesis document. The present text, will fulfill the proposed objects, by exposing arguments in the problem statement, the range of reach and its justification. Equally, it establishes the urgent necessity for the sustainable transportation and the national obligation for taking care of matters, to overcame the mobility problems, throughout proposals as the “BICICLETA AÉREA, LA NUEVA PERSPECTIVA DE LA ACTUAL REALIDAD”.
