Complejo Residencial para Estudiantes, Co-living en la Sabana de Bogotá

Abstract

Este documento presenta la propuesta de diseño de un complejo residencial para estudiantes universitarios tipo co-living en la sabana de Bogotá, más específicamente en el municipio Cajicá, Cundinamarca, debido a que en la zona Norte y Sabana de Bogotá, se evidencia un déficit en la infraestructura de vivienda universitaria. Para esto fue necesario en primer lugar, identificar las universidades al norte y Sabana de Bogotá, después, identificar las necesidades y dinámicas de los estudiantes universitarios de esta zona, y por último proponer y diseñar el proyecto arquitectónico partiendo de los análisis de referentes, la norma establecida, la interpretación del entorno y la viabilidad del proyecto. El proyecto busca dar respuesta a las diferentes necesidades de los estudiantes, como disminuir el tiempo de movilidad universidad –casa y casa –universidad, brindar un espacio saludable, confortable, accesible y funcional para ellos, teniendo en cuenta las nuevas dinámicas sociales que han surgido de la pandemia del COVID –19, haciendo énfasis en el espacio al interior de la vivienda y a nivel de espacio público, con el objetivo de lograr un espacio habitable, seguro, y confortable basado en los conceptos de co-living, vivienda post pandemia y vivienda mínima, con el fin de mejorar también la calidad de vida de los estudiantes.

This document presents the proposal design of a residential complex (co-living type) for university students located in the Sabana of Bogotá, more specifically in the suburb of Cajicá, Cundinamarca, the main reason for it, was the fact that there is a deficit in the infrastructure of university housing in this area. First, it was necessary to identify the universities located in the north and Sabana of Bogotá, then identify the needs and dynamics of university students, and finally to propose and design the architectural project based on the analysis of references, the established standard, the interpretation of the environment and the project’s feasibility. This project responds to the different needs of students, such as reducing the mobility time from university-home-university, provide a healthy, comfortable, accessible and functional space for them, taking into account the new social dynamics that have emerged from the COVID –19 pandemic, with emphasis on the space inside the house and at the level of public space, the aim of achieving a livable, safe and comfortable space based on the concepts of co-living,post pandemic housing and minimum housing, to improve quality life of the students.
