Centro de Cuidado Integral Nuevo Día Senior's Live

Abstract

Desarrollo de un Seniors Club y Centro Comunitario destinado al bienestar, inclusión, ayuda y apoyo de los adultos mayores, basándose en cifras que demuestran y ponen en evidencia la vulnerabilidad de dicha población, el diseño propondrá espacios dedicados a la comodidad del usuario, y actividades culturales y de bienestar. Se integrará y articulará a un Centro Comunitario dedicado de igual forma a personas de la Tercera Edad, junto con zonas comunes entre el Senior´s Club y este. El proyecto arquitectónico se ubicará de forma estratégica en la Localidad de Usaquén, en la Ciudad de Bogotá, ya que las estadísticas del Atlas de Salud Pública del Hospital de Usaquén publicado en el año 2014 dicen que la población mayor a 60 años equivale al 14% (71.442) de la totalidad de la población de la localidad de Usaquén, y entre las UPZs Country Club y Usaquén se concentra entre el 2.94 y 8.54 por ciento de la población mayor a 60 años. Dado estas cifras mencionadas, en el sector de Usaquén se encuentran pocos sitios para la ayuda e integración de las personas adultas mayores por lo cual se plantea, ¿De qué manera se pueden generar espacios adecuados que Incluyan y presten ayuda a esta comunidad? Por esta razón el proyecto estará ubicado frente a la Av. Cra Séptima y de esta forma tendrá una mejor movilidad y punto de llegada, como también estará cercano a zonas verdes del sector creando así un enfoque sostenible y teniendo una conexión de áreas verdes, puentes ecológicos y siendo un articulador urbano entre arquitectura y paisaje.
