Desarrollo Urbano para Unidades Habitacionales en Villavicencio. Plan Parcial: Flor del Llano

Abstract

Este documento presenta el desarrollo de un plan parcial enfocado para unidades habitacionales que se llevará a cabo en la ciudad de Villavicencio- Meta. El lote para trabajar se encuentra ubicado en uno de los puntos de futuro crecimiento más importantes de la ciudad (entre la carrera 1 y calle 35), esto presenta una oportunidad de adelantarnos al futuro y crear la infraestructura que será demandada en los próximos 3 a 5 años. En primer lugar, se presenta un análisis urbano de orden cualitativo para hallar las oportunidades y amenazas que hay hoy en día para este proyecto. En segundo lugar, se realizará una evaluación de viabilidad para definir el tipo de proyecto que se llevará a cabo. Por último, se presentará una búsqueda de fundamento teórico y conceptual que será utilizado en el diseño y construcción de este. En base a todo este proceso se logrará el planteamiento de un plan parcial, de la cual se realizará el proceso ilustrativo y constructivo de la primera unidad de actuación urbanística, el cual presentará más a fondo el desarrollo de unas unidades de vivienda que darán solución a la futura demanda.
