Estrategias didácticas para la cátedra Justicia penal militar

Abstract

Una de las principales voces que se logran escuchar en los Juzgados de Instrucción Penal Militar a nivel nacional, es el alto índice de soldados que abandonan sus deberes legales obligatorios para con el Estado colombiano y cometen el delito de deserción al abandonar los deberes propios adquiridos en las filas del Ejército Nacional, es por ello por lo que uno de los puntos más importantes en este ejercicio de investigación, es identificar, no solo el por qué este elevado índice, sino evidenciar las posibles causas de tal hecho y buscar una solución para dicha problemática. Concomitante con lo anterior, la finalidad de este proceso investigativo es que los actores sujetos de estudio logren hacerse una autoevaluación, para que ellos coadyuven en la identificación de las posibles causas de la referida problemática y de ser posible asuman con una postura más profesional sus roles en este escenario educativo. Este ejercicio investigativo también nos aporta una valiosa recopilación teórica sobre lo que es la Justicia Penal Militar, la importancia de conocer y dar a conocer su normatividad a los jóvenes que ingresan a prestar el servicio militar obligatorio, ello como un ejercicio de prevención del delito con el diseño de una estrategia didáctica para la materia justicia penal militar.

One of the main voices that can be heard in the Military Criminal Investigation Courts at the national level is the high rate of soldiers who abandon their mandatory legal duties towards the Colombian State and commit the crime of desertion by abandoning their own duties acquired in the ranks of the National Army, that is why one of the most important points in this research exercise are to identify, not only the reason for this high index, but also to show the possible causes of this fact and to seek a solution for said problem. Concomitant with the above, the purpose of this investigative process is for the actors under study to achieve a self-assessment, so that they assist in the identification of the possible causes of the aforementioned problem and, if possible, assume their roles with a more professional posture. In this educational setting. This investigative exercise also provides us with a valuable theoretical compilation on what Military Criminal Justice is, the importance of knowing and making to know its regulations to young people who enter to provide compulsory military service, this as a crime prevention exercise with the design of a didactic strategy for military criminal justice.
