El difícil acceso a la educación superior o universitaria

Abstract

En Colombia a partir de 1992 con la implementación de la Ley 30 que reglamenta y fundamenta la educación superior en el país, se abre un nuevo camino para el ingreso y posibles oportunidades para que una mayor cantidad de estudiantes puedan ingresar a la educación superior o universitaria; pero aún en este momento, no están claras y no ayudan a definir este camino. En el trabajo de grado intentamos examinar, explorar y analizar respecto a personas de bajos ingresos, estas posibles oportunidades y su alcance para la mayoría de la población egresada de la educación media. Se realizará entonces una investigación con enfoque cualitativo de tipo descriptivo, aplicando entrevistas y recolectando datos, con el fin de examinarlos y ayudar a resolver el interrogante a investigar: EL DIFÍCIL ACCESO A LA EDUCACIÓN SUPERIOR O UNIVERSITARIA.

In Colombia, since 1992 with the implementation of Law 30, which regulates and bases higher education in the country, a new path of admission and possible opportunities are opened for a greater number of students to enter higher education or university; but even at this time, they are not clear and do not help define this path. In the degree work we try to examine, explore and analyze regarding people with limited resources, these possible opportunities and their scope for the majority of the population that graduates from secondary education. Then, an investigation with a qualitative descriptive approach will be carried out, applying interviews and data collection, in order to examine them and help solve the question to be investigated: DIFFICULTY IN ACCESS TO HIGHER OR UNIVERSITY EDUCATION.
