Abstract

Este proyecto de investigación tiene como propósito identificar la suficiencia del acompañamiento tutorial en el programa Profesional en Gestión de la Seguridad y la Salud laboral modalidad virtual de una universidad de Bogotá; la investigación contempla recolectar la información en el ambiente real en que se desenvuelven los actores, que para efectos de esta investigación se seleccionó a los estudiantes y docentes de noveno y décimo semestre de la modalidad antes mencionada. Como instrumentos de recolección de información esta investigación usa la entrevista y la observación llevadas a cabo en sus propios espacios y bajo sus propias condiciones, propiciando así ambientes familiares que permitan a los participantes aportar información real y detallada del tema a indagar. La formación bajo la modalidad virtual se compone de muchos factores que influyen directamente en el desempeño de docentes y estudiantes, por lo que el resultado de esta investigación propicia la posibilidad de que la institución de educación superior autoevalúe la formación bajo esta modalidad y siga fortaleciendo su proceso.

The purpose of this research project is to identify the sufficiency of the tutorial support in the Professional program in Occupational Health and Safety Management, virtual modality of from a university in Bogota; The investigation contemplates collecting the information in the real environment in which the actors operate, which for the purposes of this investigation, the students and teachers of the ninth and tenth semester of the aforementioned modality were selected. As instruments for collecting information, this research uses the interview and observation carried out in their own spaces and under their own conditions, thus promoting family environments that allow participants to provide real and detailed information on the topic to be investigated. 5 Training under the virtual modality is made up of many factors that directly influence the performance of teachers and students, so the result of this research favors the possibility that the institution of higher education self-assess the training under this modality and continúe strengthening its process.
