Estrategias de internacionalización para la compañia Deployment Logistics S.A.S

Abstract

El presente documento busca enlazar un análisis organizacional de la empresa Deployment Logistics SAS, un análisis de mercado y un plan exportar que tiene por objeto la investigación de las diferentes estrategias de internacionalización siendo una compañía que presta servicios de agenciamiento de carga internacional brindando soluciones logísticas en sistemas de importación y exportación para el desarrollo de la cadena de abastecimiento de las diferentes empresas colombianas, esto a su vez tiene por objeto crear una ruta de internacionalización acorde a las necesidades, oportunidades y experiencias que ha venido teniendo la empresa a lo largo de los últimos años. Para el presente trabajo se decidió realizar una investigación de las diferentes teorías de internacionalización que contribuirían positivamente al plan exportar final y el cómo estas pueden ser eje fundamental en la toma de decisiones, así pues, también se analizan principales actores y acciones internos de la compañía que terminan siendo parte importante del funcionamiento de la misma, por lo tanto, el estudio plantea una evaluación del entorno y un análisis de la cadena productiva para posterior proceder con un análisis en la matriz de selección de mercados de Perú, Chile, Ecuador agrupando factores tales como; riesgo político, riesgo económico, ambiente legal, transporte, tamaño del mercado, entre otros; estableciendo finalmente un puntaje total para la determinación del país final de la exportación del servicio. Asimismo, se encuentra el plan exportador final que deberá llevar a cabo la compañía evaluando y analizando el mercado objetivo final, sus factores económicos, las diferentes normas técnicas y certificaciones, así como también fortalezas, oportunidades, debilidades que son parte de las fuertes posibilidades de entrada al mercado proponiendo en conclusión un plan de acción y ruta de internacionalización final para ofertar los servicios de la empresa en dicho país.

This document seeks to link an organizational analysis of the company Deployment Logistics SAS, a market analysis and an export plan that aims to research the different internationalization strategies being a company that provides international freight forwarding services providing logistics solutions in import and export systems for the development of the supply chain of the different Colombian companies, this in turn aims to create an internationalization route according to the needs of the company., opportunities and experiences that the company has been having over the last few years. For the present work it was decided to conduct a research of the different theories of internationalisation, which would contribute positively to the plan to export final and how these can be fundamental in the decision making, as well as, it also discusses major actors, and actions internal to the company that end up being important part of the operation of the same, therefore, the study presents an assessment of the environment and an analysis of the productive chain to later proceed with an analysis in the selection matrix of markets of Peru, Chile, Ecuador grouping factors such as; political risk, economic risk, legal environment, transport, market size, among others; finally establishing a total score for the determination of the final country of the service export. Likewise, there is the final export plan that the company must carry out evaluating and analyzing the final target market, its economic factors, the different technical standards and certifications, as well as strengths, opportunities, weaknesses that are part of the strong possibilities of entering the market proposing in conclusion an action plan and final internationalization route to offer the company's services in that country.
