Pautas para el Operador Económico Autorizado (OEA) exportador

Abstract

Este trabajo de grado nos permite conocer como un Operador Económico Autorizado Exportador (OEA) como pueden ayudar a las pequeñas y medianas empresas (pymes), a brindar seguridad y facilidad en cuanto a la exportación y así ser más competitivos en el ámbito internacional en la cadena de suministros.

Por otro lado, comprender que es un Operador Económico Autorizado Exportador (OEA) y además quiénes pueden ser, cuales son los beneficios tributarios, inspecciones físicas y documentales entre otros, por consiguiente, saber qué condiciones y requisitos debe tener una empresa para ser un OEA, que Entidades los vigilan, cual es el marco normativo que en este caso los Decretos y resoluciones que los rigen.

Igualmente conocer el objetivo de creación del Operador económico Autorizado (OEA) y que Entidades lo vigilan a nivel internacional.

Por último, realizar una proyección financiera para analizar las diferentes variables que tiene un Operador Económico Autorizado Exportador para comenzar a operar, observar las diferentes inversiones realizadas y así saber la utilidad y capacidad de rendimiento de dineros para seguir operando

This degree work allows us to know how an Authorized Economic Operator Exporter (AEO) can help small and medium enterprises (SMEs), to provide security and ease in terms of export and thus be more competitive in the international arena in the supply chain. On the other hand, understand what is an Authorized Economic Operator Exporter (AEO) and also who can be, what are the tax benefits, physical and documentary inspections among others, therefore, know what conditions and requirements a company must have to be an AEO, which entities monitor them, what is the regulatory framework that in this case the Decrees and resolutions governing them. Likewise, to know the objective of the creation of the Authorized Economic Operator (AEO) and which Entities oversee it at an international level. Finally, to make a financial projection to analyze the different variables that an Authorized Economic Operator Exporter has to start operating, to observe the different investments made and thus to know the usefulness and capacity of yield of money to continue operating
