Urbanización de Vecindario Colectivo Ciudadela Balmoral, Hábitat de Economías Autosostenibles – Fusagasugá, Colombia – 2022

Abstract

El presente documento plantea como tema urbanización de vecindario colectivo ciudadela Balmoral, hábitat de economías autosostenibles de ámbito urbano, enfoque en vivienda productiva y con énfasis en el hábitat y el territorio, para incentivar la apropiación al sector. De esta manera surge la pregunta problema que es ¿En qué medida la configuración urbana en urbanización puede contribuir al vecindario colectivo a través de los debates de hábitat de economías autosostenibles? Se plantea como solución el diseñar una urbanización de vecindario colectivo basado en el hábitat de economías autosostenibles ubicado en el barrio La Sultana, Fusagasugá utilizando el método de investigación cualitativo, y un eje de la metodología de investigación sistémica, que se abordará en cuatro fases. La primera fase consistirá en la recopilación de datos básicos a gran escala tales como estructura ecológica, económica, sociocultural y de movilidad para entender las problemáticas generales que se encuentran en el área. Para llegar a lo anterior, se comparan, analizan y grafican las variables de tal manera que es posible realizar un diagnóstico que nos lleve a la siguiente fase y de esta al sector idónea para la realización del proyecto. Finalmente, se estudiará la problemática obtenida a través de la lectura de datos y se plantearán criterios y estrategias para su tratamiento. Como resultado se tendrá una urbanización de expansión urbana autosostenible en escala anteproyecto para el vecindario La Sultana enfocado en la producción. El proyecto contempla aspectos de la sostenibilidad aplicada a la economía circular, en donde la comunidad, en su posición de colectividad aprovecha el hábitat establecido para mejorar su calidad de vida y la del municipio, a través de estrategias de uso del suelo mixto y espacios para la educación de labores manuales. De este proyecto surgen varias incógnitas, una de ellas es que tan productivo puede llegar a ser un sector si no se explota su verdadero potencial, que en este caso en particular son los cultivos. La ubicación geográfica de los predios da un amplio espectro de pisos térmicos ideales para el desarrollo de frutas, verduras, legumbres y demás alimentos que pueden generar un ingreso extra al sector y mover mucho más la economía.

This document raises the issue of urbanization of the Balmoral citadel collective neighborhood, habitat of self-sustaining economies in the urban area, focus on productive housing and with an emphasis on habitat and territory, to encourage appropriation to the sector. In this way, the problem question arises, which is: To what extent can the urban configuration in urbanization contribute to the collective neighborhood through the habitat debates of self-sustaining economies? The solution is proposed to design a collective neighborhood urbanization based on the habitat of self-sustaining economies located in the La Sultana neighborhood, Fusagasugá using the qualitative research method, and an axis of the systemic research methodology, which will be addressed in four phases. The first phase will consist of the collection of basic large-scale data such as ecological, economic, socio-cultural and mobility structure to understand the general problems found in the area. To reach the above, the variables are compared, analyzed and graphed in such a way that it is possible to make a diagnosis that will take us to the next phase and from this to the ideal sector for carrying out the project. Finally, the problem obtained through the reading of data will be studied and criteria and strategies for its treatment will be proposed. As a result, there will be a self-sustaining urban expansion development on a blueprint scale for the La Sultana neighborhood focused on production. The project contemplates aspects of sustainability applied to the circular economy, where the community, in its position as a collectivity, takes advantage of the established habitat to improve its quality of life and that of the municipality, through mixed land use strategies and spaces for manual labor education. Several unknowns arise from this project, one of which is how productive a sector can become if its true potential is not exploited, which in this particular case is crops. The geographical location of the farms provides a wide spectrum of ideal thermal floors for the development of fruits, vegetables, legumes and other foods that can generate extra income for the sector and move the economy much more.
