Implementación de Herramienta Tecnológica para Control de Obra en Tiempo Real

Abstract

La construcción del corredor vial ubicado en el nordeste antioqueño y que comunica a los municipios de Remedios con Caucasia, ha demandado una gran variedad de procesos concatenados y dinámicos, que han llevado a la organización a asumir retos ajustados a las condiciones particulares del proyecto, por esta razón, la implementación de una herramienta tecnológica acompañada de un procedimiento, ha permitido controlar la información recogida en campo para ser subida al sistema en tiempo real, ofreciendo la capacidad de medir los avances y desviaciones del proyecto, dando la oportunidad de planificar, comunicar y tomar decisiones ágiles, eficaces y en el mismo instante que se han identificado los cambios que han impactado positiva o negativamente al proyecto

The construction of the road corridor located in the northeast of Antioquia and that connects the municipalities of Remedios with Caucasia, has demanded a great variety of concatenated and dynamic processes, which have led the organization to assume challenges adjusted to the particular conditions of the project, for this reason, the implementation of a technological tool accompanied by a procedure has made it possible to control the information collected in the field to be uploaded to the system in real time, offering the ability to measure the progress and deviations of the project, giving the opportunity to plan, communicate and make agile, effective decisions at the same time that the changes that have positively or negatively impacted the project have been identified.
