Extensión de Vida a Retroexcavadoras EX3600-6

Abstract

Este proyecto se realiza para cubrir una necesidad que tienen uno de los clientes de CHM Minería el cual tiene proyectado en su plan minero el de extender la vida de los equipos que tienen actualmente, ya que por la evaluación de viabilidad financiera es más rentable que comprar el equipo nuevo. El mayor propósito de esta extensión de vida comprende el cambio de componentes estructurales, para realizar las reparaciones requeridas por el equipo, así como los componentes mayores y menores que tengan cumplida su VME (vida media esperada). Con la ayuda de un equipo multidisciplinario se realizará el proyecto en todas las fases que contempla el PMBOK® del Project Management Institute, y poder definir oportunamente la linea base de los costos, tiempo y alcance que este requiere.

This project is carried out to cover a need that one of CHM Minería's clients has, which has projected in its mining plan to extend the life of the equipment they have current, since due to the evaluation of financial viability it is more profitable than buying a new equipment. The main purpose of this life extension includes the change of structural components, to carry out the repairs required by the equipment, as well as the major and minor components that have met their VME (midlife estimated). With the help of a multidisciplinary team, the project will be carried out in all the phases contemplated by the PMBOK® of the Project Management Institute, and to be able to timely define the baseline of the costs, time and scope that it requires.
