Montaje de Planta de Reciclaje de Botellas PET en Medellín, Antioquia

Abstract

El siguiente documento se encontrará enfocado y estructurado bajo los parámetros para la dirección de proyectos que dicta el Project Management Institute. Se registra aquí en este documento la información necesaria y correspondiente para los procesos de inicio y planeación del proyecto los cuales serán asentados en los diferentes entregables y documentos de cada área. Se inicia con la descripción del problema, análisis de posibles soluciones, inicio del proyecto, justificación y seguimiento del plan de negocio, luego se describe los paso a paso de cada entregable donde se presentan los análisis respectivos para la toma de decisiones asertivas para el desarrollo del proyecto. Dichos entregables cumplen con lo planteado por el Project Management Institute y estos son supervisados por el director de proyecto. El proyecto es el “MONTAJE DE PLANTA DE RECICLAJE DE BOTELLAS PET EN MEDELLIN - ANTIOQUIA”, es un proyecto que pretende aumentar la capacidad de producción de material PET para poder atender la oferta que actualmente se tiene en el país para la producción de botellas con material reciclado. Buscando a la vez posicionarse a nivel nacional como empresa líder en el manejo, tratamiento y producción de productos de material PET.

The following document will be focused and structured under the parameters for project management dictated by the Project Management Institute. The necessary and corresponding information for the initiation and planning processes of the project is recorded here in this document, which will be established in the different deliverables and documents of each area. It begins with the description of the problem, analysis of possible solutions, beginning of the project, justification and monitoring of the business plan, then the step-by-step of each deliverable is described where the analyzes are presented for making assertive decisions for the development of the draft. Said deliverables comply with the provisions of the Project Management Institute and these are supervised by the project manager. The project is the "ASSEMBLY OF A PET BOTTLE RECYCLING PLANT IN MEDELLIN - ANTIOQUIA", it is a project that aims to increase the production capacity of PET material in order to meet the current offer in the country for the production of bottles with material recycling. Looking at the same time to position itself at the national level as a leading company in the handling, treatment and production of PET material products.
