Hotel rural Reserva del Sumapaz

Abstract

En el siguiente documento se llevará a cabo la propuesta arquitectónica de un Hotel Rural en el municipio de Pasca (Cundinamarca) el cuál es uno de los diez municipios de la región del Sumapaz, llamada así por el páramo del mismo nombre, este con el objetivo de que el municipio se desarrolle en el ámbito turístico debido a su riqueza natural e histórica. El desarrollo de este proyecto será de gran aporte para el municipio, sus habitantes y visitantes, ya que fortalecerá la economía del mismo basado en el turismo como concepto innovador y potencia la agricultura como principal fuente de ingresos dentro del municipio todo esto bajo el concepto del agroturismo; simultáneamente permitirá que las personas que lo visitan (principalmente del municipio de Fusagasugá y Bogotá) encuentren un espacio de descanso, alejado del ruido y el estrés que genera la ciudad en un lugar relativamente cercano. De esta forma no solo se benefician los habitantes y visitantes del municipio, el elemento que mayor beneficio tendrá y que a su vez será el eje fundamental del proyecto es el Páramo del Sumapaz, el cual es el principal atractivo debido a su diversidad natural, su importancia a nivel ambiental siendo este una reserva de recursos naturales no solo a nivel regional sino también nacional; este hotel tendrá el objetivo de incentivar a sus visitantes a conocer el Páramo y concientizarlos sobre la importancia que este tiene dentro de la estructura ecológica y ambiental en la región.

In the following document, the architectural proposal of a Rural Hotel in the municipality of Pasca (Cundinamarca) will be carried out, which is one of the ten municipalities of the Sumapaz region, named after the moor of the same name, this with the objective that the municipality develops in the tourist field due to its natural and historical wealth. The development of this project will be of great contribution to the municipality, its inhabitants and visitors, since it will strengthen its economy based on tourism as an innovative concept and promote agriculture as the main source of income within the municipality, all this under the concept of agrotourism; simultaneously it will allow the people who visit it (mainly from the municipality of Fusagasugá and Bogotá) to find a rest space, away from the noise and stress generated by the city in a relatively close place. In this way not only the inhabitants and visitors of the municipality benefit, the element that will have the greatest benefit and which in turn will be the fundamental axis of the project is the Páramo del Sumapaz, which is the main attraction due to its natural diversity, its importance at the environmental level, this being a reserve of natural resources not only at the regional but also at the national level; This hotel will have the objective of encouraging its visitors to know the Páramo and make them aware of the importance that it has within the ecological and environmental structure in the region.
