Fortalecimiento natural del territorio mediante estrategias arquitectónicas : TIMBIQUÍ – CAUCA

Abstract

En este documento académico se pone en conocimiento la forma de estudio, análisis, formulación, aplicación y resultado, con el fin de generar un fortalecimiento del ecosistema natural presente en la región occidental del departamento del Cauca, municipio de Timbiquí; de cómo se busca el fortalecimiento natural del ecosistema existente, el cual busca mitigar las problemáticas actuales que amenazan el territorio y a su población. El como la implementación de este proyecto en el lugar de estudio, traerá los siguientes beneficios: . 1) Mitigar el impacto en los sistemas naturales terrestres de flora y fauna. Dados por las amenazas las cuales afectan de manera directamente el territorio . 2) Sistemas naturales fluviales de flora y fauna, su recuperación y preservación, debido a las afectaciones dejadas por la minería ilegal. Buscando reactivar su “uso” de carácter piscicultor, ocio, y turístico. . 3) Implementar espacios con el fin de generar concientización a la población dinámica (Turistas) y a la comunidad local, de las redes naturales del lugar. Con el fin de brindar estrategias tratando de mitigar las problemáticas encontradas en el territorio. Mediante la implementación de elementos como lo son: Urbanismo táctico, elementos generadores de conciencia ecológica y la aplicación he integración de espacios del proyectos relacionados con espacios naturales presentes en el lugar. Siendo estos una respuesta los problemas ecológicos que se encuentran presentes en el lugar, lo cuales llegan a ser: 1) Amenaza de los cuerpos naturales, por la población (cerca al casco urbano). 2) Tala indiscriminada de arboles, buscando explotar material maderero. 3) Minería ilegal, la cual “intoxica” el sistema fluvial por el vertimiento de elementos tóxicos al mismo. 4) Perdida de identidad, debido al abandono de estos espacios y las repercusiones de estas al municipio. Estos elementos afectan de manera directa a la comunidad y al territorio. Con “reflejos” de esta problemática haciéndolos evidentes en cuanto al paisaje, en la estructura ambiental, ecológica, y su identidad por el territorio, dando en esta un impacto negativo. Haciendo del proyecto arquitectónico una forma de relación “PRO” en cuanto a las necesidades de la población por el ecosistema del territorio, en un afán de mejorar las condiciones de vida de las mismas. Implementando un ECO-HOTEL en el municipio con el fin de generar un impacto positivo en los espacios naturales y ambientales del territorio del Cauca. Como un generador de soluciones requeridas para el territorio y su comunidad. Mediante la implementación de estrategias ambientales, en las cuales se evidencia el uso de sistema constructivo y ornamental urbano Tree shapping, el cual es el uso de arboles vivos como una forma de construcción, a manera de fortalecimiento de la estructura ecológica presente con un uso. De igual forma mediante el posicionamiento del eco-hotel en el territorio se busca generar plazas de trabajo, los cuales trabajen en el proyecto, centro de enseñanza y en las actividades de comercio propuestas en el lugar. Buscando demostrar la importancia de los eco-sistemas del territorio, en un intento de generar en la población una preocupación para preservar, cuidar y fortalecer estos espacios los cuales son espacios de vida de flora y fauna (ecosistemas terrestres y fluviales). Mitigando el desarrollo de actividades que afecten estos, siendo la tala de arboles y la minería ilegal en el territorio. De manera adicional este proyecto brinda a los locales espacios de trabajo con un estimado de más de 80 plazas de trabajo. (ECO-HOTEL, comercio y centro de enseñanza). Generar lazos de conexión entre los habitantes y los visitantes, logrando un intercambio cultural en fechas de suma importancia en el territorio buscando el desarrollo de las mismas en espacios del proyecto aptos para lograr la correcta demostración de los mismos Mediante la correcta implementación de estas estrategias lograr una apropiación del territorio con el fin de preservar este espacio y no permitir que se vea afectado en mayor parte.
