Evaluación del impacto del Plan Distrital de Gestión del Riesgo de Desastres y del Cambio Climático para Bogotá D.C. 2018-2030

Abstract

En el desarrollo de la Obra Civil e Infraestructura se encuentran diversos factores y componentes los cuales conllevan a una afectación al medio ambiente donde se desarrolla, generando de esta manera consecuencias que en la actualidad están siendo vigiladas debido al gran impacto negativo que estas causan. Por esta razón a raíz de las diferentes organizaciones encargadas de generar estrategias para la prevención y mitigación para el cambio climático, se han generado el manejo de una serie de Planes de Gestión de Riesgo de Desastres, con el fin de frenar los fenómenos que traen estos a nivel internacional. De esta manera Bogotá D.C. lleva a cabo el Plan Distrital De Gestión Del Riesgo De Desastres 2018-2030, para el manejo de los cambios climáticos que está presentando la ciudad, e igualmente para cualquier eventualidad que se pueda presentar a futuro. Es por ello que se tiene presente el estudio del Plan Distrital De Gestión Del Riesgo De Desastres, evaluando las actividades y estrategias que se están llevando a cabo, al igual en América Latina y el Caribe, haciendo un Chequeo por estas regiones, teniendo de partida la ciudad de Guayaquil y el Servicio Nacional de Gestión de Riesgos y Emergencia (SNGRE).

In the development of Civil Works and Infrastructure there diferente factors and components which have an impact on the environment where they are being developed, bringing on consequences which are currently being monitored due to the great negative impact they cause. For this reason, as a result of the different organizations in charge of generating strategies for the prevention and mitigation of climate change, the management of a series of Disaster Risk Management Plans have been created, in order to stop the phenomena that bring within the climate change at the international level. In this way, Bogotá D.C. carries out the District Disaster Risk Management Plan 2018-2030, for the management of climate changes that the city is experiencing, and for any eventuality that may arise in the future. In this way, the study of the District Disaster Risk Management Plan is taken into account, evaluating the activities and strategies that are being carried out, as in Latin America and the Caribbean, performing a check-up in these regions, starting with the city of Guayaquil and the National Service for Risk and Emergency Management (SNGRE).
