Centro de Reciclaje Bosque Sensorial : experiencia perceptiva en barrios informales a partir de una cultura ambiental basada en los cinco sentidos

Abstract

El presente proyecto se encuentra ubicado en el suroriente de Bogotá, y tiene como objetivo principal contribuir y potenciar el sector a través de un espacio innovador útil a partir de aportes que contribuyan a dar soluciones a evidentes problemáticas del territorio. Inicialmente, se tomó en consideración que, Según el Ministerio de Ambiente y Desarrollo Sostenible, en la ciudad, se producen 6.300 toneladas de basura al día y solo se aprovechan el 15%. Se considera que hay una crisis a nivel de reciclaje ya que se generan constantemente rellenos en los sanitarios por factores tales como la falta de espacio para disponer los residuos específicamente en las localidades que se encuentran aledañas a la Reserva Forestal Protectora. Así mismo, las Corporaciones Autónomas Regionales y de Desarrollo Sostenible con siglas CAR, ha identificado problemáticas a partir de más de 170 investigaciones las cuales arrojan que hay un uso inadecuado de los suelos como la intervención de fuentes hídricas, cauces, áreas de ronda y el aprovechamiento de la reserva sin permiso, todo esto debido a que no hay un lugar para disponer los residuos que se producen a diario, lo cual evidencia que se está viendo afectada la Estructura Ecológica Principal del sector. De acuerdo con lo expuesto, Este proyecto pretende alcanzar un logro en el desarrollo ambiental, social, cultural y sostenible a partir de un centro de reciclaje, el cual aporte a la conciencia ciudadana y al cuidado de los ecosistemas con los que cuenta la ciudad, se localizará en el barrio de origen informal, “Bosque Calderón Tejada”. Este es nuestro foco de atención puesto que se pretende alcanzar un logro en cuanto a la protección y especial cuidado de la naturaleza y el ambiente por medio de la estrategia de regulación llamada estructura ecológica; así mismo realizar alternativas que permitan comunicar las áreas verdes desde el punto de vista ecológico. Por otro lado, con el fin de hacer uso y aprovechar el entorno con el que cuenta el sector se llegó a la conclusión de tomar como concepto y base del proyecto la arquitectura sensorial la cual se caracteriza por integrar los cinco sentidos y hacer uso de ellos dentro y fuera del equipamiento a partir de la riqueza ecológica y de la materialidad que generará nuevas experiencias logrando así una conexión entre habitantes, el nuevo equipamiento y el entorno. Para la realización de este proyecto se tuvo en cuenta la percepción de la comunidad que reside en este sector, para esto se tomó en consideración encuestas y entrevistas realizadas por medio la alcaldía de Bogotá en donde se evidencia la preocupación por la conservación del ecosistema y la importancia de la concientización ciudadana partiendo hacia un alcance de desarrollo del sector. Con respecto a los resultados se puede evidenciar la importancia del estudio en cuanto al poder relacionar el objetivo del presente proyecto y la percepción que tiene la comunidad del lugar en donde habita, para esto las entrevistas mostraron el interés de poder llegar a un aporte por medio de soluciones de evidentes problemáticas del barrio; por lo que con el presente proyecto se quiere tener en cuenta las potencialidades con las que cuenta el territorio, con el fin de complementar el centro de reciclaje y poder dar un aporte al territorio. Teniendo en cuenta lo anterior, el presente proyecto tiene como finalidad contribuir hacia el desarrollo del sector con el fin de que las mismas personas que residen en el barrio tengan la oportunidad de involucrarse con el proyecto y paulatinamente se genere un cambio hacia la conservación y protección del territorio. Se hace énfasis en esto debido a que la comunidad afirma que se debe tener en cuenta que todos deben aportar hacia la conservación y cuidado de este territorio, por eso, por medio del centro de reciclaje se quiere generar alternativas las cuales hagan parte de esa preservación natural y que las personas tengan la oportunidad de conocer bien el concepto de reciclaje y hagan parte de esta actividad con el fin de poder generar un cambio y mejoramiento del territorio donde residen.

With this project aims to contribute in environmental, social, cultural and sustainable area with a recycling center, which contributes to citizen awareness and the care of the ecosystems with which the city counts, it will be located in the neighborhood of informal origin, "Bosque Calderón Tejada" this is our focus of attention since it is intended to attain an achievement in terms of the protection and special care of nature and the environment through the regulatory strategy called ecological structure also make alternatives that allow communicating green areas from the ecological point of view. On the other hand, in order to make use of and take advantage of the environment that the sector has, it was concluded to take as a concept and basis of the project the sensory architecture which is characterized by integrating the five senses and making use of them inside and outside the equipment from the 8 ecological wealth and materiality that will generate new experiences thus generating a connection between inhabitants, the new equipment and the environment. For the realization of this project, the perception of the community that resides in this sector was considered, for this surveys and interviews carried out through the mayor's office of Bogotá were taken into consideration, where the concern for the conservation of the ecosystem and the importance of citizen awareness are evidenced, starting towards a scope of development of the sector. With respect to the results, the importance of the study can be evidenced in terms of being able to relate the objective of this project and the perception that the community has of the place where they live, for this the interviews showed the interest of being able to reach a contribution through solutions of evident problems of the neighborhood; therefore, with this project we want to take into account the potentialities that the territory has, in order to complement the recycling center and be able to give a contribution to the territory. Taking into account, this project aims to contribute to the development of the sector so that the same people who reside in the neighborhood have the opportunity to get involved with the project and gradually generate a change towards the conservation and protection of the territory Emphasis is placed on this because the community affirms that it must be taken into account that everyone must contribute to the conservation and care of this territory, therefore, through the recycling center we want to generate alternatives which are part of that natural preservation and that people have the opportunity to know well the concept of recycling and be part of this activity in order to generate a change and improvement of the territory where they reside.
