Viviendas Productivas como modelo de ciudad en contexto de conflicto armado

Abstract

El proyecto aborda los temas de la calidad de la vivienda y habitabilidad para una comunidad afectada por el conflicto armado donde se busca que, por medio de modelos de vivienda productiva y el diseño de espacio público sea posible mejorar la calidad de vida de las personas del municipio de Mesetas. Esta propuesta permitirá mejorar la calidad del habitar, evaluando la cantidad de personas promedio por hogar y referentes de vivienda productiva que se han llevado a cabo. La propuesta involucra un diseño de espacio público que permita que este lugar genere un ambiente sano, confortable que fomente la mejora del sector turístico, la calidad de vida de las personas, el habitar a partir de las viviendas productivas y la economía del sector. Las soluciones por parte del gobierno han propuesto hacer centros de inclusión para personas víctimas del conflicto armado y programas de reinserción, han buscado ayudar a las personas a acceder a una vivienda y generar ingresos económicos, sin embargo, no han tenido un buen desarrollo por falta de recursos por parte del estado; viéndose afectado el habitar de las personas que se acogen a estos programas por no poder vivir en una vivienda terminada o en cambuches. Bajo este contexto el proyecto propone nuevas formas de habitar la vivienda productiva en contexto de post conflicto, a la vez que genera a partir de este un sector turístico por su paisaje en espacio público e integración de un malecón con la red hidrográfica que delimita la cabecera municipal.

The project addresses the issues of housing quality and habitability for a community affected by the armed conflict where it is sought that, through productive housing models and the design of public space, it is possible to improve the quality of life of the people of the Mesetas municipality. This proposal will improve the quality of living, evaluating the number of average people per household and references of productive housing that have been carried out. The proposal involves a design of public space that allows this place to generate a healthy, comfortable environment that encourages the improvement of the tourism sector, the quality of life of people, living from productive housing and the economy of the sector. The solutions on the part of the government have proposed to make inclusion centers for people victims of the armed conflict and reintegration programs, they have sought to help people to access a house and generate economic income, however, they have not had a good development due to lack of resources by the state; The living conditions of the people who benefit from these programs are affected by not being able to live in a finished house or in huts. Under this context, the project proposes new ways of inhabiting productive housing in a post-conflict context, while generating from this a tourist sector due to its landscape in public space and integration of a boardwalk with the hydrographic network that delimits the head municipal.
