El turismo - como factor revitalizante y potencializador de sectores aislados.

Abstract

La UPZ 89 San Isidro Patios mejor conocida como los miradores de la Calera, es un espacio invasivo adaptado a la fuerza por sus mismos habitantes con déficit de diversidad en los sue-los (Según el DANE) y baja calidad de vida de sus habitantes debido a la naturalidad de la urbanización, a partir de esta problemática y teniendo en cuenta las cualidades del entorno nace mi proyecto de grado El proyecto invita a los turistas y población local de este sector, a conocer una zona de más de 244 Hectáreas de la cual solo conocen 2 que perteneces a la vía principal hacia la Calera El enfoque de este proyecto habla sobre como al brindarle un espacio adecuado para una tradición bogotana como lo es ir al mirador y degustar de una merienda mientras se visualiza Bogotá, se puede impulsar la vida de su entorno, generando alternativas de empleo y diversi-dad en sus usos de suelo (el cual más del 86% es de vivienda Teniendo en cuenta todos estos factores el proyecto plantes un espacio público con perma-nencias las cuales tengan visuales directas hacia Bogotá, también una estructura icónica desde la cual se obtenga una referencia en este espacio y en la cual en la altura se pueda tener la mejor vista de la ciudad, la incorporación de un espacio semiprivado donde se implementara un comercio tradicional impulsado por los habitantes del sector, un equipamiento destinado para las fundaciones protectoras del entorno (cerros) como medida de protección concienti-zación, zona de parqueo para regular la movilidad del sector Con este proyecto y su ubicación como recibidor hacia San Isidro en la salida de Bogotá, y junto a los proyectos ya dispuestos como la ampliación de la vía la calera se impulsara y me-jorara el entorno de sus habitantes y dará pie a la adecuación de zonas previstas como “mira-dores”

Taking into account all these factors, the project plans a public space with permanence which has direct visuals towards Bogotá, also an iconic structure from which a reference is obtained in this space and in which at the height you can have the best view of the city, the incorpora-tion of a semi-private space where a traditional trade promoted by the inhabitants of the sec-tor will be implemented, equipment destined for the protective foundations of the environ-ment (hills) as a measure of protection, awareness, parking area to regulate the mobility of the sector. With this project and its location as a hall towards San Isidro at the exit of Bogotá, and to-gether with the projects already arranged such as the expansion of the la Calera road, the en-vironment of its inhabitants will be promoted and improved and will lead to the adaptation of planned areas as "viewpoints
