Abstract

Este artículo identifica algunas herramientas para la construcción sostenible de un proyecto hotelero y ecoturístico que cuente con la certificación Leed en el Municipio de Apulo Cundinamarca; presenta algunas generalidades sobre las tendencias actuales usadas en el alojamiento turístico, los cuales se aplicarán al diseño del Club House San Isidro. También se abordará el análisis del sector hotelero leed y el significado de “Green Hotel” y lo que conlleva, se estudiarán los requerimientos del ecoturismo. La oferta de condominios dentro y fuera del casco urbano del Municipio de Apulo Cundinamarca, ha ido agotando las reservas, paisajes, el mismo eco-turismo y los espacios de relajación del Municipio, por lo cual, se medirá el impacto de la huella de carbono del material constructivo usado en el proyecto y como éste influye en el medio ambiente, lo anterior, con el fin de combinarlos en una propuesta que incremente los ingresos del municipio y del departamento: acompañado de un análisis comparativo de las diferentes propuestas existentes a nivel mundial con el fin de determinar una referencia que se ajuste a las particularidades del territorio y los intereses del usuario final.

This article identifies some tools for the sustainable construction of a hotel and ecotourism project in the Municipio de Apulo Cundinamarca; presents some generalities about the current trends used in tourist accommodation, which will be applied to the design of the Club House San Isidro. The analysis of the leed hotel sector and the meaning of "green hotel" and what it entails will also be addressed, the requirements of ecotourism will be studied. The supply of condominiums inside and outside the urban area of the Municipality of Apulo Cundinamarca, has been depleting the reserves, landscapes, the same eco-tourism and relaxation spaces of the Municipality, therefore, the impact of the carbon footprint will be measured of the construction material used in the project and how it influences the environment, the above, in order to combine them in a proposal that increases the income of the municipality and the department: accompanied by a comparative analysis of the different existing proposals worldwide in order to determine a reference that adjusts to the particularities of the territory and the interests of the end user.
