La arquitectura pasiva, solución para vivienda de alta densidad en el centro de Bogotá.

Abstract

En Bogotá, el confort térmico en edificaciones de vivienda no es considerado relevante a la hora del diseño arquitectónico, existen investigaciones académicas, sin embargo, no existen leyes, ni normativas que complementen esté rigor investigativo, está carencia influye directamente en el uso de los espacios y fomenta el deterioro de la salud, además de no ser sostenible con el medio ambiente. Este trabajo de grado trata sobre la arquitectura pasiva y el diseño de la vivienda. En particular, se centra en la relación entre confort térmico y uso de los espacios arquitectónicos de la vivienda de alta densidad en Bogotá.

In Bogotá, thermal comfort in residential buildings is not considered relevant when it comes to the architectural design of homes, there are academic research, however there are no laws or regulations that complement this research rigor, this lack directly influences the use of spaces and promotes the deterioration of health in addition to not being sustainable with the environment. This degree works with passive architecture and home design. In particular, it focuses on the relationship between thermal comfort and the use of architectural spaces in high-density homes in Bogotá. Taking into account the above, the problem to whose solution it is intended to contribute with this work is: thermal discomfort in the design of the house.
