Abstract

Actualmente en Bogotá presenta un déficit en adquisición de viviendas para familias de bajos recursos, el 20% de viviendas construidas son informales (Dane, 2019); por otro lado, se presenta un fuerte impacto ambiental por la falta de reciclaje de plástico en la ciudad ya que al ser porcentajes mínimos el número de reciclaje que se realiza, se genera un riesgo al terminar enterrado en rellenos sanitarios o en nuestras fuentes hídricas como desechos de igual forma sucede con los contenedores marítimos ya que no hay espacio suficiente para guardar los que se desechan, de esta forma se pretende realizar la propuesta de un diseño habitacional que implemente diferentes tipos de material reciclado y contenedores para la construcción con el fin de ser dirigido a las poblaciones vulnerables ubicadas en la periferia de Bogotá por medio de una investigación sobre materiales de construcción donde se determinen puntos comparativos en temas estructurales para la implementación del diseño y así implementar el material reciclado en el diseño de un módulo constructivo de fácil instalación para el uso de vivienda, y de esta forma generar la posibilidad que esta construcción se realice en un rango igual o inferior a 4 días.
