La transformación del patrimonio mediante la simbiosis de un equipamiento para la interpretación de la ciudad

Abstract

Esta tesis de pregrado abre la oportunidad de discutir una nueva visión para dar cuenta de la manera que se intervienen los bienes de interés cultural (BIC) en Colombia y resalta la necesidad e importancia de la arquitectura patrimonial como un método de reconexión entre la figura humana y las esencias urbanas del territorio, a partir de la simbiosis de una estructura externa y la estructura formal. En este orden de ideas, es necesario entender que las uniones de diferentes cuerpos arquitectónicos pueden formar un hito referencial de manera impactante en la ciudad, siguiendo con esta lógica, este sistema puede ser el elemento que teje la ciudad. ¿Cuál es el método para solucionar este problema? Considerando que la solución está en equilibrar el uso de estos cuerpos para reactivar el espacio perdido e integrarlo con el espacio público. Como define Antón Capitel “No cabe duda de que, al variar el sentimiento que sobre la arquitectura se tiene y en particular, al cambio la óptica que se mantiene sobre la arquitectura histórica, la consideración de los monumentos y de los conjuntos históricos debería lógicamente cambiar” (Antón Capitel, 1956). El patrimonio es aquel inmueble material o inmaterial que se destaca de los demás debido a la adecuación socio-formal, belleza y trascendencia histórica que se adapta, trasforma y construye así, una continuidad histórica desde el origen del lugar. Por medio de una analogía con el arte humano; La belleza se encuentra en el constante cambio, si nuestro arte es la composición por épocas no es natural dejarlas morir en las urbanidades superpuestas.

This undergraduate thesis opens the opportunity to discuss a new vision to account for the way that goods of cultural interest (BIC) are intervened in Colombia and highlights the need for and importance of heritage architecture as a method of reconnection between the human figures. and the urban essences of the territory, based on the symbiosis of an external structure and the formal structure. As Antón Capital defines “There is no doubt that, by varying the feeling that one has about architecture and, by changing the perspective that is maintained on historical architecture, the consideration of monuments and historical sites should logically change.” (Antón Capital, 1956). Heritage is that material or immaterial property that stands out from the rest due to the socio-formal adaptation, beauty and historical significance that adapts, transforms, and thus builds a historical continuity from the origin of the place. By means of an analogy with human art; Beauty is in constant change, if our art is composition by epochs, it is not natural to let them die in superimposed urbanities.
