Edificaciones de integración social como elementos de transformación espacial del territorio - Unidad Operativa de Bogotá para el habitante de calle

Abstract

El presente trabajo de grado propone abarcar las problemáticas urbano-arquitectónicas del barrio del voto nacional y la estanzuela en las que se puede delimitar como problema central la desarticulación de los centros de integración social con su contexto inmediato, para solventar las falencias y debilidades que se presenta en el sector partiendo del problema central se propone abarcar varias estrategias conectadas entre sí mediante un objetivo principal, que responde directamente al problema central del trabajo de grado, este es el de conectar los espacios de integración social con su contexto. Para llegar al alcance planteado y cumplir de manera óptima los objetivos propuestos dentro del proyecto, se pone al alcance una metodología de carácter explicativo activo, esto quiere decir que todas las variables que se tengan en cuenta para su estudio estarán totalmente enfocadas a resolver el problema central y así encontrar múltiples opciones que lleven a la resolución de la ruptura urbana entre los equipamientos de integración social y su contexto. La investigación del trabajo de grado plantea como aporte final una serie de estrategias solidas que le permitan a las edificaciones nuevas desarrollar diseños urbano-arquitectónicos que conecten los equipamientos ya existentes con los nuevos propuestos, esto permitiéndole a la ciudad fortalecer la lectura urbana de los diferentes territorios y optimizándole al usuario la accesibilidad y la variedad entre los usos que se ocupan según sus diferentes necesidades.

The present work proposes to cover the urban-architectural problems of the neighborhood of the Voto Nacional and the Estanzuela in which the dismantling of the centers of social integration with their immediate context can be defined as a central problem, to solve the shortcomings and weaknesses that the sector presents. Starting from the central problem, it is proposed to cover several strategies connected to each other through a main objective, which responds directly to the central problem of the degree work, to connect the spaces of social integration with their context. In order to reach the proposed scope and optimally meet the objectives proposed within the project, an active explanatory methodology is available, this means that all the variables that are taken into account for its study will be totally focused on solving the problem. central and thus find multiple options that lead to the resolution of the urban rupture between the social integration facilities and their context. The final research of the degree thesis proposes as a final contribution a series of solid strategies that allow new buildings to develop urban-architectural designs that connect existing facilities with new ones, this strengthening the urban reading of the different territories and optimizing the user accessibility and the variety between the uses that are occupied according to their different needs.
