El reconocimiento de los modos de vida en la vivienda

Abstract

El modelo de vivienda planteado por el sector inmobiliario se ha adaptado a un sistema constructivo estandarizado, ha generado una vivienda que no responde a las necesidades de sus habitantes debido a que su diseño no permite una evolución a lo largo del tiempo ni la adaptación a diferentes formas de ocupación de la vivienda. De esta manera se plantea como objetivo general analizar cómo las tipologías de vivienda de interés social que desarrollan espacios flexibles logran dar una mejor respuesta a los modos de vida de sus habitantes y permiten una mayor adaptabilidad a comparación del modelo de vivienda plateado actualmente. Esto se logrará mediante una metodología de investigación cualitativa en la cual se busca reconocer las determinantes que influyen en las formas de habitar la vivienda de los usuarios a los que van enfocados los proyectos de vivienda VIS, analizar el modelo de vivienda actual mediante un caso de estudio, y la definición del concepto de flexibilidad para lo cual se remitirá a autores como Rolando Cubillos y Leandro Pérez los cuales lo definen como la capacidad de un espacio de adaptarse fácilmente a las diferentes necesidades de sus habitantes. Esto se hará con el fin de comprender cuál es la mejor manera de que la vivienda responda a las necesidades de sus habitantes, y se desarrollara como aporte un proyecto de vivienda de interés social enfocado en los espacios flexibles como respuesta a los modos de vida de habitantes de un nivel socioeconómico medio y bajo.

The housing model proposed by the real estate sector has been adapted to a standardized construction system, which has generated housing that does not respond to the needs of its inhabitants because its design does not allow for evolution over time or adaptation to different forms of housing occupation. Thus, the general objective is to analyze how social housing typologies that develop flexible spaces are able to provide a better response to the lifestyles of their inhabitants and allow greater adaptability compared to the current housing model. This will be achieved through a qualitative research methodology in which we seek to recognize the determinants that influence the ways of living in the housing of users who are focused on VIS housing projects, analyze the current housing model through a case study, and the definition of the concept of flexibility for which we will refer to authors such as Rolando Cubillos and Leandro Perez who define it as the ability of a space to easily adapt to the different needs of its inhabitants. This will be done in order to understand what is the best way for housing to respond to the needs of its inhabitants, and will be developed as a contribution to a social housing project focused on flexible spaces as a response to the lifestyles of inhabitants of a medium and low socioeconomic level.
