Vivienda en masa con sentido del lugar para el barrio Juan XIII en Bogotá

Abstract

En este documento se presenta una investigación sobre vivienda, tomando este análisis desde diferentes perspectivas para poder entender la relevancia del concepto de vivienda, desde cómo influye en la construcción de ciudades a partir de la acupuntura urbana y como esto impacta a diferentes escalas urbanas; desde la individualización de las personas en las grandes urbes a través de la vivienda hasta el carácter social que representa y su influencia en la imagen de las ciudades. Para esto se realiza un análisis de las diferentes épocas arquitectónicas y la influencia de las distintas corrientes que efectuaron un cambio en las ciudades latinoamericanas y como influyó en la estética de las ciudades y en la pérdida de identidad arquitectónica de las grandes urbes y por ende la pérdida del sentido del lugar. Se analizarán proyectos que muestren distintas formas de diseño y construcción de vivienda en Latinoamérica como la producción en masa y la autoconstrucción, desde el punto de vista del lugar en relación con el entorno, y cómo estos proyectos han ido cambiando y construyendo una imagen de ciudad latinoamericana, será importante estudiar la historia de la arquitectura y su influencia en la estética arquitectónica de las grandes ciudades, realizando un paralelo entre la arquitectura europea y la arquitectura latinoamericana para poder establecer hasta qué punto ha sido razonable seguir estas corrientes en nuestras ciudades. Posteriormente se realiza un proyecto de vivienda en masa, en el barrio Juan XIII donde se realza el sentido del lugar, teniendo en cuenta los referentes y la investigación previa.

This document presents an investigation on housing, taking this analysis from different perspectives in order to understand the relevance of the concept of housing, from how it influences the construction of cities from urban acupuncture and how this impacts at different urban scales; from the individualization of people in large cities through housing to the social character it represents and its influence on the image of cities. For this, an analysis is made of the different architectural eras and the influence of the different currents that made a change in Latin American cities and how they influenced the aesthetics of cities and the loss of architectural identity of large cities and therefore the loss of sense of place. Projects that show different forms of housing design and construction in Latin America, such as mass production and self-construction, will be analyzed from the point of view of the place in relation to the environment, and how these projects have been changing and building an image of the city. In Latin America, it will be important to study the history of architecture and its influence on the architectural aesthetics of large cities, drawing a parallel between European architecture and Latin American architecture in order to establish to what extent it has been reasonable to follow these currents in our cities. Subsequently, a mass housing project is carried out, in the Juan XIII neighborhood where the sense of place is enhanced, taking into account the references and previous research.
