Estructuración de matriz lógica en la gestión de proyectos en la empresa CIEST INGENIERÍA S.A.S.

Abstract

La proyección es una de las claves para poder iniciar con sensatez una empresa, especialmente si esta se dedica a la realización de obras civiles, que contemplan la vivienda y el transporte de seres humanos, por ello se diseñó un método lógico para CIEST INGENIERÍA S.A.S, donde los servicios más importantes generados por la empresa (estructuras metálicas, estructuras de concreto, revisión de las estructuras antisísmicas y asesoría técnica) buscando los objetivos y oportunidades que se generan a través de los problemas que se presentan actualmente en esta área en el país.
