El Clúster en la Reserva: el metabolismo entre urbe y medio ambiente

Abstract

Bogotá, siendo una ciudad en constante crecimiento urbano, con una ocupación total inminente, carece de estrategias que consideren una distribución que aproveche al máximo el espacio, además de proteger el contexto ecológico en sus límites urbanos; para esto se investiga el Metabolísmo, movimiento que: salido de Japón en los años 60, proyectaba ciudades que crecían siendo conscientes de sus límites. A partir de un estudio de referentes, y siendo coherentes con las problemáticas del contexto a implantar, se busca comprender las normas que debería cumplir estos proyectos en la actualidad, resultando así, en una serie de normas que deberían cumplirse para que se logre implantar un proyecto Metabolista, buscando así, responder a los problemas actuales. Adicionalmente se encuentran proyectos actuales que toman estas teorías y las siguen aplicando, dando cuenta que, verdaderamente se puede seguir pensando en un proyecto Metabolista sin descuidar los problemas actuales, que si bien, un proyecto así sigue siendo demasiado irreal, no habría que darse por inviable tan a la ligera.

Bogota, being a city in constant urban growth, with an imminent total occupation, lacks strategies that consider a distribution that takes maximum advantage of the space, in addition to protecting the ecological context in its urban limits; for this purpose, Metabolism is investigated, a movement that: coming out of Japan in the 60's, projected cities that grew while being aware of their limits. From a study of references, and being coherent with the problems of the context to be implemented, we seek to understand the standards that these projects should meet today, thus resulting in a series of standards that should be met in order to implement a Metabolist project, thus seeking to respond to current problems. Additionally, there are current projects that take these theories and continue to apply them, showing that it is possible to continue thinking about a Metabolist project without neglecting the current problems, and that although such a project is still too unrealistic, it should not be considered unfeasible so lightly.
