Abstract
El proyecto surge de la necesidad de mejorar el déficit de vivienda en el municipio de Monterrey Casanare, para la población vulnerable víctima del conflicto armado, para lo cual se realizarán los “ESTUDIOS Y DISEÑOS PARA LA CONSTRUCCIÓN DE LA NUEVA URBANIZACION, VILLAS DE LA PAZ, VIVIENDAS DE INTERÉS SOCIAL PARA EL MUNICIPIO DE MONTERREY, CASANARE”, que tiene como alcance los estudios y diseños para la construcción de 180 unidades de viviendas.
La empresa TRUJILLO ALVAREZ INGENIERIA SAS, TAING SAS, será la encargada de ejecutar el proyecto con su experiencia y posicionamiento en el sector de la construcción, dirigido por la gerencia de proyectos con la metodología y lineamientos del Project Management Institute (PMI®) y apoyados en la guía del PMBOK aplicando las áreas de conocimiento para el seguimiento y el control de los aspectos más relevantes: alcance, tiempo , costo y calidad; se obtiene como principal entregable el informe final con la viabilidad para una futura fase constructiva.
