Estudios y diseños de la sede judicial en el municipio de Caucasia - Antioquia

Abstract

Este documento se desarrolló con el fin de aplicar toda la metodología de la gerencia de proyectos, esto con la idea de utilizar de manera practica y con un proyecto real todo el conocimiento adquirido durante el programa, el documento fue elaborado simultáneamente con el avance del curso. Para este caso en particular se pretende la ejecución de un proyecto que genere los estudios y diseños para la posterior construcción de la nueva sede judicial en el municipio de Caucasia-Antioquia, proyecto que dará solución a las deficiencias actuales con las que se prestan los servicios judiciales en esta región del país. El documento en su primer numeral aporta los antecedentes como la información específica sobre los objetivos, las políticas institucionales, misión, visión, estructura organizacional, el mapa estratégico y la cadena de valor. El segundo numeral en la evaluación y formulación provee el análisis en detalle de aspectos como la descripción del problema que se pretende solucionar, el análisis de las posibles alternativas, la elección de la alternativa a desarrollar y la justificación del proyecto. En el tercer numeral del documento se desarrolla el marco metodológico en donde se describe la manera como se recopilará la información necesaria para ejecutar el proyecto. El cuarto numeral consigna los estudios y evaluaciones como son el estudio técnico y estudio de mercado. El quinto numeral muestra el inicio de proyecto en donde es importante resaltar el desarrollo en detalle del caso de negocio y el plan de gestión de la integración con la elaboración del acta de constitución. El sexto numeral del documento aporta toda la información sobre la EDT del proyecto, así como su diccionario y la definición del alcance el proyecto, también consigna la matriz de trazabilidad de requisitos.

For this particular case, the execution of a project that generates the studies and designs for the subsequent construction of the new judicial headquarters in the municipality of Caucasia-Antioquia, a project that will solve the current deficiencies with which they are provided judicial services in this region of the country. The document in its first number provides the background as well as the specific information on the objectives, institutional policies, mission, vision, organizational structure, the map strategic and the value chain. The second numeral in the evaluation and formulation provides the detailed analysis of aspects such as the description of the problem to be solved, the analysis of the possible alternatives, the choice of the alternative to be developed and the justification of the draft. In the third number of the document, the methodological framework is developed where the describes how the information needed to run the project will be collected. The room numeral consigns the studies and evaluations such as the technical study and market study. The fifth numeral shows the beginning of the project where it is important to highlight the development in detail of the business case and the integration management plan with the preparation of the Constitution. The sixth numeral of the document provides all the information about the WBS of the project, as well as its dictionary and the definition of the scope of the project, also requirements traceability matrix.
