Propuesta Didáctica “Cultura de paz” para pregrados de Administración turística y hotelera

Abstract

Al pasar los tiempos, el turismo se ha convertido en un eslabón importante en el crecimiento de la economía nacional, según expertos y turistas, el fin del conflicto armado con las Farc es reconocido como el gran impulso que recibió la industria. Desde este punto de vista el turismo ve la necesidad de fortalecer el concepto de construcción de paz desde diferentes ángulos, esta investigación manifiesta la importancia de incluir una propuesta didáctica de “cultura de paz “para pregrados de hotelería y turismo, trascendiendo la formación y fortaleciendo los perfiles profesionales. Además, se realiza con base a estudios referentes al tema, plantea estrategias que guían el aprendizaje con estudiantes. enfocados a la construcción de saberes y propuestas en temas de paz. Por último, se plantea una serie de recomendaciones para la realización de esta propuesta en facultades de administración turística y hotelera nivel Bogotá, generando nuevas investigaciones sobre el tema.

As time goes by, tourism has become an important link in the growth of the national economy, the causes, according to experts and tourists, are various; But the end of the armed conflict with the FARC is recognized by all as the great boost that the industry received. From this point of view, the tourism union sees the relevant need to strengthen the concept of peacebuilding from different angles, this research shows the importance of including a didactic proposal for a course in culture of peace in undergraduate programs in hospitality and tourism, transcending training and strengthening professional profiles, with a contextualized social approach and with great interest in peacebuilding. In addition, this research is carried out based on studies related to the subject, it raises didactic strategies that guide learning with students. focused on the construction of knowledge and proposals on peace issues from the classroom of undergraduate tourism programs. Finally, this research raises a series of recommendations for the realization of this didactic proposal in the faculties of tourism and hotel administration at the Bogotá level, hoping to generate new research on the subject.
