Abstract

El proyecto Implementación de software tiene como propósito permitir un trabajo más eficiente para Vicpar S.A, ya que en la actualidad la compañía ha venido presentando problemas en la planeación y ejecución de las obras. Debido a ello, se ha incurrido en sobrecostos perjudicando la ejecución de los proyectos. Como solución se implementa una herramienta ofimática, que facilite la interacción entre los procesos de construcción y administración, permitiendo un mayor control y seguimiento tanto en obra como en oficina, automatizando el flujo de trabajo e identificando variables que generen afectaciones en tiempo real y permitiendo comunicación, colaboración y el reporte entre todos los interesados del proyecto.

The purpose of the software implementation project is to allow a more efficient work for Vicpar S.A., the company has been experiencing problems in the planning and execution of works. As a result, the company has incurred in cost overruns that have been detrimental to the execution of projects. As a solution, an office automation tool is implemented to facilitate the interaction between the construction and administration processes, allowing greater control and monitoring both on site and in the office, automating the workflow and identifying variables that generate real-time effects and allowing communication, collaboration and reporting among all stakeholders of the project.
