Simbiosis arquitectónica de la experiencia y la Belvedere Paisajística

Abstract

En este documento se presenta los análisis y metodologías para desarrollar un hotel en el Lago de Tota, ubicado en el municipio de Cuitiva, departamento de Boyacá. Allí encontramos una problemática que afecta el paisaje de este territorio, debido al crecimiento acelerado del sector turístico en esta región, se han empezado a construir edificaciones no planificadas en la ribera del lago de Tota afectando ambiental y paisajísticamente este lugar que se caracteriza por su belleza natural. Como solución a esta problemática planteamos desarrollar un hotel, sostenible, que responda a las características del paisaje del Lago de Tota, donde se integre el paisaje con el objeto construido y donde los espacios generen experiencias y sensaciones al usuario.

This document presents the analysis and methodologies to develop a hotel on Lake Tota, located in the municipality of Cuitiva, department of Boyacá. There we find a problem that affects the landscape of this territory, due to the accelerated growth of the tourism sector in this region, unplanned buildings have begun to be built on the shore of Lake Tota, affecting environmentally and landscape this place that is characterized by its beauty natural. As a solution to this problem, we propose to develop a sustainable hotel that responds to the characteristics of the landscape of Lake Tota, where the landscape is integrated with the built object and where the spaces generate experiences and sensations for the user.
