Un perfil multifuncional para la calle 27 sur

Abstract

La propuesta arquitectónica reorganiza y densifica la multifuncionalidad que tiene el costado norte de la Calle 27 Sur, en un edificio híbrido. Propuesta que atiende las diferentes necesidades de infraestructura y espacio público del sector, en un área de 5 manzanas que comprenden un total de 28.657 m2, teniendo como principal objetivo proyectar el área a utilizar por los diferentes comerciantes informales y densificando la zona en respuesta a la presión inmobiliaria que tiende a sufrir el sector del 20 de Julio. Haciendo uso de proyectos paradigmáticos con encargos similares que permitieron establecer los parámetros para componer un edificio cuyo fundamento es el arte de mezclar usos, aportando a la hipótesis de una renovación urbana conformada por diferentes proyectos.

The architectural proposal reorganizes and densifies the multifunctionality that the north side of Calle 27 Sur has, in a hybrid building. Proposal that meets the different infrastructure and public space needs of the sector, in an area of 5 blocks that comprise a total of 28,657 m2, with the main objective of projecting the area to be used by the different informal merchants and densifying the area in response to the real estate pressure that tends to suffer the sector of July 20. Making use of paradigmatic projects with similar commissions that allowed to establish the parameters to compose a building whose foundation is the art of mixing uses, contributing to the hypothesis of an urban renewal made up of different projects.
