Vivienda Modular Transportable

Abstract

Este proyecto de trabajo de grado para optar por el título de arquitecta en la Universidad Piloto de Colombia por parte de la estudiante Samantha Sánchez trata del diseño de un módulo de vivienda, como resultado de la investigación de proyectos paradigmáticos, de vivienda de interés social y de las diversas alternativas de industrialización de la vivienda a nivel mundial; sin dejar de lado la situación actual de la sociedad y sus necesidades a futuro que no solo se han presentado por el cambio generado por la globalización y el contexto de consumo que se ha presentado en el último siglo, sino que también, trae a colación el cambio en la vida tal y como la conocíamos con la creciente pandemia del COVID-19, el aislamiento como medida de protección y el teletrabajo. Es por lo anterior que este proyecto presenta como solución el diseño de un prototipo de vivienda en atención a la técnica, la función y la forma, es decir que se resolvió toda la parte estructural y de instalaciones para su correcto funcionamiento, al igual que la forma en que se transporta y se despliega sin dejar de lado la calidad arquitectónica; que será producido de manera industrializada para garantizar la calidad del módulo y que a comparación de las viviendas tradicionales es asequible, reduce sus tiempos de producción y reduce su impacto ambiental al tener menos desperdicios y obtener electricidad con alternativa de panel fotovoltaico.

This undergraduate work project to opt for the degree of architect at the Pilot University of Colombia by the student Samantha Sánchez deals with the design of a housing module, as a result of the investigation of paradigmatic projects, of social interest housing and of the various alternatives for the industrialization of housing worldwide; without leaving aside the current situation of society and its future needs that have not only arisen due to the change generated by globalization and the context of consumption that has occurred in the last century, but also brings up the change in life as we knew it with the growing COVID-19 pandemic, isolation as a protection measure and teleworking. It is because of the above that this project presents as a solution the design of a housing prototype in attention to technique, function and form, that is to say that all the structural part and facilities were resolved for its correct operation, as well as the way it is transported and deployed in situ without neglecting the architectural quality; It will be produced in an industrialized way to guarantee the quality of the module and that a comparison of traditional houses is affordable, reduce its production times and reduce its environmental impact by having less waste and obtaining electricity with an alternative photovoltaic panel.
