Configuración del espacio doméstico y adaptación edificable

Abstract

El espacio doméstico en Bogotá ha presentado ciertas variaciones debido a los factores de densidad que se han presentado desde mediados del siglo XX hasta la actualidad.

Es por esto el interés de realizar una configuración del espacio domestico que contenga ciertas características de una vivienda unifamiliar en 1950, pero adaptado a el sistema de edificabilidad que se aplica como método constructivo de mayor incidencia en la actual Bogotá.

El proceso de reestructuración de los espacios va enfocado en incluir el jardín y proporcionar una estructura relacional nueva, tomando como referencia la configuración que se utilizaba en algunas viviendas de 1950 a 1960; además de apoyar con referentes de forma (el Inmueble Villa – Le Corbusier) para el desarrollo de viviendas en edificabilidad.

The domestic space in Bogota has presented certain variations due to the density factors that have presented from the mid-twentieth century to the present. This is the interest of creating a configuration of the domestic space that contains characteristics of a singlefamily home in 1950 but adapted to the building system applied as the most prevalent construction method in Bogota. The restructuring process in the spaces is focused on including the garden and providing a new relational structure, taking as a reference the configuration that was used in some homes from 1950 to 1960; in addition to supporting with referents of form (Inmuble Villa - Le Corbusier) for the development of housing in buildable.
