Equipamiento y hogar de bienestar social y cultural

Abstract

Este trabajo de grado trata sobre la implementación de un sistema de cuidado arquitectónico para niños y adultos mayores. Debido a que se observa que en la UPZ 71, Tibabuyes, hay déficits en la vivienda y carencia de equipamientos de bienestar social, siendo los existentes, viviendas que con el tiempo han sido adaptadas al uso, pero no diseñadas para tal fin. Para ello, fue necesario identificar un lugar de emplazamiento en donde este proyecto se requiriera, analizar los diferentes conceptos de diseño de hogares de bienestar social y finalmente aplicarlos en el proyecto propuesto. Al desarrollar el proyecto se pudo concluir que la implementación de este ayudará a aminorar la población que se encuentra afectada por dichas problemáticas y la UPZ podrá tener un hogar de bienestar social con un respectivo diseño arquitectónico.

This graduate work is about the architectonic care system implementation’s, for children and the elderly. Because it is observed that in the UPZ 71, Tibabuyes, there are deficits in housing, lack of social welfare facilities, the existing homes have been adapted to their use over time, but were not designed for that purpose. For this, it was necessary to identify a location where this project was required, analyze the different concepts of social welfare home design and finally apply them in the proposed project. By developing the project, it was possible to conclude that the implementation of this project will help to reduce the population affected by these problems and the UPZ will be able to have a properly designed social welfare home.
