Las características intrínsecas del ladrillo en la generación de espacios significativos

Abstract

Esta investigación trata sobre el uso de las características intrínsecas del ladrillo, las cuales presentan el problema del desaprovechamiento dentro de la proyección de espacios significativos. Esta investigación es importante ya que, al ser uno de los materiales más utilizados en el país, su desaprovechamiento implica la pérdida de la exploración histórica que ha experimentado el material. La investigación se desarrolla mediante la proyección de un Centro educativo y cultural, en la ciudad de Girardot, Cundinamarca, donde el objetivo es utilizar estrategias que empleen las características intrínsecas de la mampostería para la proyección de espacios significativos. El avance de la investigación se realizará a partir de un estudio del estado del arte de las propiedades sensoriales de los materiales, aportado por Deyanira Bedolla Pereira (2002), buscando identificar estas características intrínsecas de las unidades de mampostería y su conexión con la generación de sensaciones en los usuarios, para posteriormente a partir del análisis de un referente, y formular estrategias de aplicación en la proyección del parque educativo, y finalmente promover un aprovechamiento de las características intrínsecas de la mampostería a partir del uso de diferentes tipos de aparejos de los ladrillos. El ladrillo al ser un material con mucha historia se considera uno de los más utilizados en nuestro país, por eso, esta investigación busca promover estrategias donde el uso de este material conserve su esencia e historia, y los lugares sean apropiados por la comunidad de usuarios.

This research topic is about the intrinsic characteristics of the bricks, which present the problem of waste within the projection of significant spaces. This research is important because being one of the most used materials in our country, its waste imply the loss of the historical exploration that the material has undergone. The research is developed through the projection of an educative and cultural center, in the city of Girardot, Cundinamarca, where the objective is to use strategies that use the intrinsic characteristics of masonry for the planning of significant spaces. The advance of the investigation will be carried out from a study of the state of the art of the sensory properties of the materials, contributed by Deyanira Bedolla Pereira (2002), in order to to identify the intrinsic characteristics of the masonry units and their connection with the generation of sensations in users, for later, using a referent proyect analysis, in order to formulate application strategies in the projection of the educative and cultural center, and finally promote an advantage of the intrinsic characteristics of the masonry units based on the use of different types of accommodation of the bricks. The masonry, being a material with a lot of history, is considered one of the most used in our country, therefore, this research wants to promote strategies where the use of this material preserves its essence and history, and the places are appropriate by the user community .
